This product is very helpful for the people who are using the the Vacoped boot. It helps to level the height preventing knee and foot pain on your good leg. Only issue is the size is a little smaller, i should have ordered a large instead of a medium to fit the shoes.

Sin esto, caminas chueco, te duele la espalda y la cadera, etc. Yo creo que es un artículo indispensable y la verdad funcionó muy bien, puedo caminar sin problema incluso sin bastón y manejar sin dificultad. Rarely is a product so good and functional as this one. I was initially skeptical whether if I need this after my Achilles tendon tear, where I had to wear an Aircast boot on one leg. Once I got this, it revolutionized my ability to freely walk. During my recovery I traveled a lot, and took this shoe leveler on hikes, into a cave, a mine and onto beaches. It took all the terrain and all the punishment of uneven paths. I now even use it to play walking pickleball while my other foot is in the boot. The product seems to have hardly any wear after all that abuse! Amazing quality product! My only request would be for the manufacturer to include an extra layer that can be added in to elevate even more. For anyone with Achilles tears, we have to have a heel rise in the boot, so we need more height. I solved this by buying a pair of flat flip-flops, cutting out the toe holders and sliding it in as an extra layer. A $5 solution and it worked well!

Great invention! After foot surgery I was in an Aircast Walking boot for 4 weeks. My physical therapist suggested finding a shoe in my closet that had a heel height close to the Aircast boot. I didn't have any that were closed toed or weren't slip-ons that would be secure on my good foot...especially when working up to full weight bearing. So next stop...Amazon...it's truly amazing what you can find on Amazon...things like this that you didn't even know existed. The EvenUP shoe lift has been GREAT. I wear a women's 11 wide shoe and measured my foot based on their chart and ordered the MEDIUM. It fit well over a tennis shoe...not so much over a sandal with straps...but definitely any closed toed shoe. There are 3 layers so you can adjust to different heel heights of shoes. It's easy to put on and take off to switch shoes. This product really saved my back and hips by having heels on both feet the same height. I had been going around in the house with a grippy hospital sock for traction on the good foot, but this is much, much better. I feel more secure and comfortable. Even my Physical Therapist acknowledged it was a great choice for more stability and to help my progress. I would highly recommend it. The cost was reasonable especially based on stability and security of balance.

My son has limb length discrepancy and while lengthening surgery is still years ahead, he needs a shoe leveler until then. The problem is custom shoe adaptations cost a lot (hundreds of $), which would be OK for an adult, but for a kid that grows a number every 6 months this is not practical. This lift works just perfectly, allows you to change between different shoes, and gives a nice balance to the discrepancy, for an extremely affordable price, even our orthopedist got surprised by its effectiveness on kids and asked where we bought it. I must say it doesn't work with all types of shoes, since the rubber in the front side must be over the toes, it works best with hard tip shoes (boots, crocks, chuck taylor), rather than running sneakers. Also, for rain boots, you may need to use some gorilla tape to put the back part of it in place.
