is it good for older children?

I purchased it for my Granddaughter when she was a about 13 months. She loved it, she turns it upside down, sideways, pushes it across the floor...and she lays in it with her feet over the arm to "read" her little books. She will be 2 in March...I expect her to be able to use it until she is around 5...hope this helps!

Does this chair come with 4 feet in addition to the rocker? I don't want it to rock.

No, but we ended up taking a drill and unscrewing the rockers and now these chairs are the girls' favorite.

Compared to The Land of Nod Little chair, which would you recomend for an almost 1 year baby girl..

I got it for my daughter's third birthday and she loves it, she sits in her little chair while we sit on the couch to watch tv. She's even fallen asleep in it. Just know that getting stains out is a bit difficult, but as soon as I get an upholstery cleaner it should be good (I got the lavender one). I think a one year old would like it just as much.
