What a excellent product, keeps all my series x accessories neat and tidy and my console a nice cold air supply. Fans very quiet which is a nice touch, brilliant value for money and the included charge and play batteries last a long time. If ur looking at this product I'd recommend it 👍

After 3 months both battery packs broke. The cable port into the battery broke off and sunk back into the unit. I took special care with these so I am annoyed that they both broke. I reached out to the supplier for support and was willing to purchase new ones but they are a Chinese company and of course do not respond to any messages. I wouldn't recommend the stand because once both batteries break there is no replacement for them and the unit becomes an over glorified Console holder.

My main reason for buying it was for the fan to help cool the Xbox which always seems to be hot after about 10 mins of use. The equipment itself is good but the fan is very poor. The heat in the Xbox is still the same and the fan is almost none existent.

Lasted 3 weeks before the Xbox started shutting down due to insufficient air flow error. Returned for a refund.

Purchased mainly for the fan, which does not work. Flimsy plastic. Overall poor quality. I’m in the process of returning for a refund.

Can't review yet because it's a Christmas present and not used.

I have experience a problem with the charging ports where it doesn't charge at all and the power packs run out very quickly compared to the main power pack that came with the controller
