What is the resistance range on this and how accurate is it? I will be working with resistance less than 1 ohm mainly.

The lowest resistance range is 600.0 Ohms with a 0.1 Ohm Resolution. Working at less than 1 Ohm, I WOULD NOT recommend this meter, you want to look for a meter with milli-ohm capabilities/ranges. Even a meter with a 10 Ohm range will probably frustrate you

Does this meter have an Auto shut off feature? So if you forget to turn it off the battery doesn’t go dead.

Yes it has an automatic shut-off feature if you forget to turn it off.

Does this measure current without breaking the circuit? for example 4-20mA sensors and control circuits?

The Fluke 114 doesn't measure current at all. The Fluke 115 adds the ability to measure current up to 10 amps but doesn't have a mA range. The 170 series, 80 series and 280 series meters can measure mA but require you to break the circuit.
