Apple iPhone 12 Mini, 128GB, Blue - Unlocked (Renewed)

*Update May 2025* After six months of having this phone I am now experiencing issues with the battery. The battery health has degraded significantly going from 100% in November to 90% now. Battery drains fast and suddenly shuts off. Overheats as well. It's to the point where the screen on the right side is lifting. I am currently having the phone fixed and the battery replaced. My original review still stands. I was lucky enough to receive the phone in excellent condition but the battery seemed to have underlying issues. Just something to think about if you are looking to purchase from this seller. I was hesitant to purchase because some of the reviews were not consistent but I am very happy I took the chance. The phone was labeled as renewed in excellent condition and that was exactly what it was when I received it. After thoroughly examining the phone I could not find really any flaws physically. The icing on the cake was seeing that it has 100% battery life which is rare to find. Phone runs awesome with the updated software and I was able to transfer from my previous device with ease. Also came with a charging plug, cable and sim ejector tool which was very nice.

Had the phone for about 2 years. No issues! It works great. A good buy if you ask me. Definitely get insurance just in case.

UPDATE 2/7/25 According to the description, this phone was renewed. False. The Face ID function went out due to mechanical issue and the Bluetooth stopped working. I took it to Apple. They said those are items that mechanically have failed in the phone. I asked them if the phone appeared to have been renewed. They said no. It appears this phone had never been worked on. There are signs that show a phone has been opened according to the technician which this phone had none of it. The phone works fine, except for the fact that loudspeaker is bad and the microphone cuts out on the phone. I didn’t realize it because I usually use it in my vehicle. People were letting me know my voice was cutting out when using the phone outside of a Bluetooth Environment, not very satisfied with this purchase. I didn’t realize about this issue till a week after the return option had closed. I wanted to contact the company, but there’s no way to do so they simply send you to Apple, which won’t even touch your phone. Definitely would not do business with them ever again being you can’t even contact them.

So far, so good. Some small blemishes but that’s to be expected with a used phone. The delivery took longer than expected but that’s on FedEx, not the seller. I’ve seen mixed reviews but I decided to take a chance. We’ve only used it for a few hours but it’s great so far. Battery health was 94%. Not sure how accurate that is since I’ve seen other reviews mention they had the same battery health and then a few months later it needed to be replaced. As of now, I’m very happy with my purchase. If anything changes I’ll update my review accordingly.

Got it quicker than what it was said to be, pretty easy set up phone was in good condition only thing they left out was the sim eject tool haha

Battery's Maximum Capacity is at 73%. I purchased Refurbished - Excellent, so I was expecting the battery to be at least in 90's%. Phone works fine other than that. Based off the Amazon program all phones should have a battery life of 80%. I wish I could get some discount off my order, now that I've to pay to get a new battery.

I don’t review products usually. However, I think this will be very useful to anyone looking for used iPhone. The phone is sold by Kojak Sales and delivered by Amazon. The phone was delivered ahead of time and packaging was excellent with new MFI charging cable (thank you). Starting with the good things, the phone came with 100% battery health (which means that the battery is new) and a replaced original display by apple. See the screenshots. On the downside, there are signs of tear and wear all around the frame and the back of the phone. At certain angel, these marks are noticeable. From another, you don’t see much. See the pictures. The phone speakers volume is bit low and not very clear. Not sure if this is issue with the unit or iphone 12 mini in general. However, voice calls are very clear. I used the phone for a week now and I can say that there are no issues noted. Overall rating is 4.5 stars considering the price and new screen and battery. Internally the phone is operating as new one. Only half star for the cosmetic damages.

I'll start the cons/why I couldn't give a five star review, which are largely the issues that others have noted (cleanliness/battery). The item description says that the phones are cleaned by the seller as part of the renewal. However, as you can see from the photo it arrived with some crud on it the creases at the back of the phone/camera housing were dirty and required a somewhat careful cleaning. My wife who was sitting a few feet away also remarked that it looked covered in fingerprints, so it obviously hadn't been cleaned at all (contra the item description) and the dirt on it suggests it wasn't well cared for. It's disappointing to see that the store with Amazon's name on it does not deliver on their own descriptions. Then, as many other buyers have noted, my battery isn't at full health and is only at 84%. While that is within the 80% as described, I think it's a bit dishonest to market the quality as "excellent" especially when "very good", "good", "fair" aren't even listed as options. Basically it seems like a roll of the dice and in the future I'll purchase from a seller that is more transparent about condition and sets prices accordingly. Pros - Aside from the issues mentioned, the phone works perfectly, and so wouldn't be worth the time to return and set up again. I love the form factor both of the 12 and particularly the mini as sort of a return to the 5/SE era and so it is a big upgrade over the original SE I had been using. The lack of a home button/touch ID took a day or two to get used to but the face ID works perfectly. I was also slow to upgrade because I liked my headphone jack but I've found that bluetooth has gotten much better in recent years I had already made the switch before this upgrade.

Had to send it back. It was really slow and an awful condition and barely worked. And still haven’t got my refund back yet. Also had to pay to send it back. Do not order you won’t get your money back if you need to return the phone.

Ya tengo casi dos años con el celular y ha funcionado muy bien, llego en orden en su caja y todo, solo si tenia detalles estéticos, nada que afectara su función

Llegó muy bien empaquetado y en cuestión estética llegó con pequeños detalles normales por ser equipo reacondicionado, pero la vida útil de la batería tiene más porcentaje de lo esperado, muy satisfecha con la compra

Tenía mis dudas por ser mi primera compra por este medio y de este tipo de teléfonos. Llegó bien , visualmente no llegó con ningún detalle, sin embargo luego de varios meses ya no cargó y debí llevarlo a reparar, no era la batería sino una pieza pequeña que por fábrica o por algún golpe se dañó, no fue la gran cosa pero aquí tuve que pagar $500 pesos. Ya arreglado sigue funcionando bastante bien.
