LOVE this stuff! This is my second bottle. I have always had a hard time getting to bed early or getting more than 5-6 hours of sleep at night. With getting up at 5:45 am for kids, work, and school I needed something to nudge me toward sleep a little earlier at night. From going to bed at nearly 2 am every night to now getting to sleep by 11:30 or 12, I'd say this definitely works. It's gentle and doesn't have any side effects for me that I have noticed. I do notice when I don't take one that I am right back to my old 2 am habit but that's all. I only take them during the week and rarely on Friday nights. As for weight loss, I haven't actually been trying to lose any weight so I couldn't give a decent review on that aspect of it. Overall, I just really like them and will repurchase.

Amazing product gives me a restful sleep and my mind doesn’t over ride the product so I get that much needed REM sleep! Plus it helps me not hold onto to cortisol and I am not has puffy from the cortisol in my body! This is my 3rd bottle and will continue to buy and use this product! If you can’t sleep I would highly recommend this product!!

You will sleep better than a benadryll coma. This stuff works so good and you wake up refreshed with no drowsy hangover feeling! The weightloss aid is an added benefit. Mansports makes the best products to aid in weight loss and muscle gain!

can't really tell if these are working because I have only taken a few, because they have a terrible odor. Has anyone else noticed this??? Just opening the lid makes the whole room smell.

I tried a sample of this one night and I bought more the next day. You will sleep great on this! Not so sure if it has any thermogenic effects, but I got it for the sleep. Good ingredients and dosage. I combine this with ZMA, and I sleep hard as a rock all night and have the most vivid and wild dreams ever. Love it!

I don’t know if they help with fat burning but they sure do improve quality of sleep and for that I love them!
