I'm 5'5 160lbs women's size 8-10 I ordered a medium and it's about 1in looser than I would like and 1/2 inch short when I wear my Nike running shoes. When I wear my pumas the pants are the perfect length. I kept the medium for length.

Bought three of these for work. They are so soft and comfy. I should have bought large's, because they XL's drag on the floor.*UPDATE 10/25/15**I bought these again. A pair came bleached! Unprofessional!

Not what I expected
These aren't like any scrub pants I've ever worn. They're polyester, high waisted and unflattering. Cheaply made look and feel. Don't waste your money.
