9-Inch Chef's Classic Nonstick Bakeware Square Cake Pan, Silver

Very nice pan, well made. Will not warp in oven and easy to clean. Since my boys left now I need to only use a 9x9 pan. Seams funny not to bake with a 9x13. Cutting recipes in half makes me sad because they are out of the house. This 9x9 is so well made and easier to wash. Love this pan, makes life getting out of the kitchen faster

I love this, and it is very easy to keep clean. It is very sturdy and I like that in my pans, and holds the temperature well.

I haven't used this pan yet, but based on other pans I've had over the centuries, this is a beaut! It is heavy. It appears to be two layers: a light inner layer and a dark outer layer though I can find no hint of two layers being combined. So, maybe it is one layer that somehow appears to be two colors. Whatever, it is at least twice the weight of every other 9" pan I've had. There is a small lip around the top edge and this is very well made: it is rounded both from the body of the pan and along its outer edge. This pan strikes as exceedingly well made. If it bakes as well as it feels, and I don't know why it shouldn't, this is quite a bargain. Generally, I'm not all that fond of weight, but it is very nice to experience quality again, which this pan, because of its weight, appears to be.

This thing is HEAVY and very sturdy metal. I just got it today and hope it doesn't flake or rust like the other reviews showed, but I cooked some blueberry muffin mix with coconut oil and they slide right out of the pan fully cooked. So far I'm very happy with it, but might update my review in a few months if that changes. For now, I'm very happy with it.

Love the heavy weight and seemingly high quality of this pan. The only reason I am giving it only a 4 is because the interior coating did not last and deteriorated quickly. The corners are rusty and I should have probably thrown it away and gotten a new one. I just hated to throw away an otherwise quality product. Therefore, I have been using parchment paper, in the meanwhile. Despite this flaw, when I do replace, this one I will probably try another Cuisinart! Hopefully, the problem I have had with this one was a fluke and the new one will be better and more resilient and longer-lasting.

Cuisinart makes the best baking pans. I have the deep dish pie plate, loaf pan and this square one. Everything cooks well, the pans are easy to clean. Just be aware that they are a little heavier than some other brands, but I think that’s why they work so well. I highly recommend.

I make brownies from packaged mixes fairly often and have always used 13x9 pans, but decided to give this 9x9 pan a chance. Glad I did! For me, this size produces a superior brownie. A little thicker, so chewier in the middle while still having some crispiness on the edges. Didn't think it would make that much of a difference but I definitely prefer this size. Feel kinda dumb for not trying this earlier. Love me some brownies a la mode.. Good quality pan with some heft and non stick makes it easy to get the brownies out. Very happy with my purchase!
