Overall the screen protector was surprisingly easy to apply. I'm particular about having dust stuck under screen protectors and putting them on evenly, to the point where I would almost prefer to just have the screen scratched rather than seeing specks of dust or an uneven protector. But I bought a new phone and thought I would give this one a try based on quantity of 5-star reviews.After applying the protector, I noticed 2 imperfections in the glass that were fairly prominent – these were definitely not bubbles based on the shape and the fact that they don't change shape when pressure is applied to the area. I contacted customer support and mentioned the issue and provided photos. Surprisingly they responded quickly and said they would offer a free replacement and asked for details to confirm the order. After providing details, I haven't received a response from them in 2 weeks. I'm guessing I'm just out the $8.TL;DR – 3 stars for the quality of the protector because of imperfections in the glass. Minus another star for unresponsive customer service.----Update (18 Aug 2016):Hippox reached out after seeing my review. Turns out my emails to support were flagged as spam — which explains the unresponsiveness. They sent me another replacement right away and the replacement has no defects. I've updated my rating to 5 stars.

Offers plenty of protection, but is nearly impossible to remove once on the phone.

My wife bought a screen protector at the dollar store and it worked great...this one which cost more sucked, cracked, chipped.

Went on easily, but now have a bit of a bubble on one edge that is starting to form, so jury is out

Easiest screen protector I've ever applied—instantly no bubbles, no problem. Strong, smooth, and the glass glides under your finger as well as a bare screen. Perfectly clear—it doesn't look like you've got a protector on your screen.I did, however, screw up the application (slight misalignment with the home button) and tried to reseat it. Then dust got on the sticky side. And I couldn't clean it without botching the rest of it. And then when I reapplied it, I put a hairline crack in the protector (because it's virtually paper-thin, this will happen if you keep taking it off and putting it back on). This was totally my error, but I reached out to HIPPOX anyway with a politely-worded email explaining that I'm kind of a moron.Long story short, they graciously sent me a new protector. They didn't have to do that—but the fact that they did gives me warm-fuzzies for this company. That was nice of them.Recommended.

It was easy enough to apply. It protected my phone from scratches and felt like the real screen. After 5 or so months of good protection I tipped a half full nalgene water bottle sitting on the floor over onto my phone and the impact cracked the phone screen. The protector was unharmed...but it didn't really protect my phone.

My first attempt didn't go well. Removing the plastic protector sheet created enough static charge to draw unseen particles to the glass. Unseen in the air, those particle became quite obvious when the glass failed to fully seat against the screen. My first review was 2 stars. The seller sent me a replacement. This time I wet the countertop with a damp cloth and removed the plastic backing slowly. Voila. No dust. Positioning the glass takes some concentration as it's cut exactly the size of my phone's screen, but eventually I got satisfactory results. The product itself merits 4 stars because of the fussy installation procedure, but the customer service bumps my review to a full 5 stars.

Love how durable the screen protector it, however could not get a good fit with the case I have on it. No matter how I align, the case seems to push up one corner of the protector. Getting annoying so will have to search out another one soon.
