These are not very good quality. Usually i buy these at a craft store but thanks to this BS pandemic im ordering art supplies online. These have uneven edges that are rough and need sanding. some of them the ends are cut off. just cheap cheap cheap. but not in price- they are comparable to the better ones. I paint on these and i have to use many coats to cover the roughness and divots. guess i will have to don the slave mask and go to hobby lobby.

The size of these were perfect, but something felt off when I tried to use one. It didn't open far enough to feel secure. Sure enough, the quality of the spring was uneven so that the opening was scant on almost all of them, making for an unpleasant and insufficient STRENGTH of pinning. My good old ones I used to get at Michael's had a .nice 13mm opening- these had mostly 10mm. The springs look the same, but I only found one (see picture) in this box with a 13mm opening. Sigh. I will return these. But I didn't notice any other quality problem like others had mentioned.

I am making washi tape clothespins to use as chip bag clips. These wide clothespins are great; however, if you are a crafter looking for a smooth surface, you will find a few with rough flaws on the surface. There were 3 clothespins out of 24 in my box that I couldn't use because of the flawed surface of the wood. That being said, I'm ordering another box because it's still a great value.

I absolutely LOVE these clothespins. I use them in place of the cheap clamps for chip bags. The plastic bag pins end up breaking after a while. Not these pins. They are sturdy, plain, and very functional for a variety of uses. Great at clamping shut Bread bags, or anything along those lines. I bought a set for myself, and liked them so much that I bought some for my Mom, who gave a ringing endorsement of these handy pins.I recommend these clips highly! Functional, and sturdy, and useful in so many applications

Most of them were great! I like the chubby ones! I made chip clip stocking stuffers for my daughters in law and they were fun. There were 2-3 clips I opted not to use as there were small blemishes like small chips out of the wood. (Thus the loss of a star). Overall though I found them sturdy and smooth.
