I’ve had a cold or two already this fall/winter season- I originally bought a one pack from my local store just to try out. Oh my goodness this is amazing when you’re sick (probably not beneficial if you’re not able to smell anything).Immediately upon application of the patch I felt so much more relaxed. This patch also has fragrance for several hours! I bought the pack of these and have no regrets! Would recommend when feeling ill!

Does absolutely nothing and is primarily lemongrass oil. So it does absolutely nothing for a cough. The smell of lemongrass was so strong it gave me a headache. Don't bother buying this. A total waste of money.
