SuperfeetRUN Comfort Insoles, Carbon Fiber Running Shoe Orthotic Inserts for Support and Cushion

Having started on Couch to 5K, I noticed searing pain in my heels after running (I believe Plantar Fasciitis), within 1 week the pain has all but gone, the only change is using these insoles, I highly recommend.

I have Ehler-Danlos syndrome, which means I'm hypermobile, and my feet fall out of place and roll when I walk. I have to wear tennis shoes, but my old shoes were discontinued and I couldn't find a good replacement. I went and got my gait measured at a running store, and the recommended these insoles with the ASICS GT 1000 neutral tennis shoe. Well, the results are amazing! I've been wearing them for 3 or 4 years now, and I'm about to buy my 3rd one of these insoles. My feet are stable and supported and it keeps my feet pain free.

I have worked in medical for 12 years and have worked with a few Podiatrists and Orthopedic providers. One thing they agree on is Superfeet as the go to for over the counter orthotics for those who can’t afford to pay upwards of $500 for customs. I could not be more pleased with these insoles!! I had been wearing the Superfeet Green for walking and work, but needed something a little beefier for running since the greens were hurting while running. These are fantastic!! They cup my heel in such a way that they align my feet so well that my arch doesn’t even touch the insole (and I have semi-collapsed arches). I love these!

I have extremely narrow, large feet (4A width and 111/2). I can't get shoes narrow enough so my feet usually slide sideways and supinate. These cup my heel and hold me in place. They are very comfortable as well.
