I bought this batter about 7 months ago ; it started malfunctioning like not charging my phone all the way and turning off. I contacted the company, after a bit back and forth about what’s going on I got a brand new case in the mail 2 days later. Also it comes with a lightning charger and a screen protector. 30 bucks? For sure!

I decided to switch out my previous charging case after using it for three years since it had some wear and tear and was starting to have issues charging. I purchased this case in July 2023 and experienced no issues until April 2024. I was a little frustrated that the case lasted only about 9 months and I was on a time crunch to purchase a new case since I was going out of town and needed a replacement quickly. Since I did not have a lot of time, I opted to repurchase the same case expecting to get at least a few months use out of it. After having the case for only 7 weeks, this one broke again as well and is having issues charging despite literally no damage to the case whatsoever. The charging connector does not seem to be out of place or moving at all but it is impossible to get the case to charge. It is absolutely absurd to have something that breaks so easily with so use. I went for this case for the cheaper option and am going to end up having to purchase three new cases in a year when my previous one lasted three years. I would recommend investing in a higher quality case that won’t break with minimal use.

I'm really disappointed as it doesn't work with apple earbuds (wired). Doesn't matter whether it is tuned on or off. Edit/Updates ! (Please read) It looks like the one I received was defective, customer service provided a phenomenal service and sent me a new one in no time !!! It works as expected without any issues !! Works fine on iphone12. Slow charging no matter what kind of charger you have, max is 6watts so it takes forever to recharge. But is allowing the phone with 71% battery health to work all day on one charge. A bit bulky and does get warm when charging and in use so it may blow up but hasent yet. Stuck a little popfart on the back and holds it easier.. it does also charge phone and battery both, you can also switch between phone battery and backup battery if wanted and itll charge the phone batt back up to near 100% if left alone…

Worked great for about 40 days ,10 days after the warranty expired , wouldn’t waste my money on this product , now won’t charge or turn on.. great customer serve and the seller rectified the situation changing rating to a 5star

Lasted less than three months and stopped recharging the phone. Very bulky and heavy but was completely worth it for the extra charges for the phone. Now that the recharging of the phone has stopped it's just big, heavy and bulky. UPDATE: Customer service is fantastic though. Seller contacted and offered a full refund and a new case. Hopefully just got a faulty case and the new one will work better. While battery pack of case does make it bulky, getting the extra charge was completely worth it and also provided good protection for the phone.

I loved this charger, my grandfather actually suggested it to me and I loved this thing for a long time. I will say there were complications with it; after about about six months it stopped charging properly while connected to my phone, just recently it stopped charging properly while NOT connected to my phone. I’m rebuying this product because of how useful it is to me as a factory worker who is constantly listening to music.

After roughly a month of use, the charger port became so loose that it would not charge. There were no adverse conditions, it was only used with a high, quality charger, etc. Great concept, but no durability.
