This is the highest quality fish oil you can buy. I use this product for eye health. (2 capsules). 1 capsule is optimal for heart health according to researchers. You do not need fish oil if you eat a lot of fish.

Quality control seems to be good. I've had trouble with other brands' being rancid and indigestible. In over fifteen years, I think maybe one jar of Solgar fish oil that I've bought has been rancid, which I consider a very good record.

I would give it a 5, but it was a little confusing in the way the shipping notifications were handled. I was jut about to cancel and re order when the product came in. The product itself is good, I'd give that a 5.

いつも買っているところが円安影響で高くつくのでAmazonで買いました。 あれ？こんなだったっけ？と思うところもありますが、以前のボトルとよく確認して同じものを買ったので間違いないと思うんですが・・・開けたら妙なニオイが。 生臭いというか酸化した生臭さというか、眉間にしわが寄るニオイ・・・。 いままで購入しててそんななニオイがしたような記憶はなかったような？ 大丈夫なのか心配ですが、ジェルカプセルが溶けたり割れてたりくっついてたというこのもなかったので、このまま使用してみます。
