Simple effective well made replacement
I fell in love with those small metal jacketed pocket tablets that let me jot down and protect quick notes while I'm on the run, and after years of use I needed a replacement pen for one of my favorite notebooks. This replacement works well, writes well, feels good in my grip, clips onto the notebook easily ... no complaints.

The refill is of poor quality - not useable
The pen itself is okay but certainly substandard to the Wellspring original pen. The refill is of poor quality - not useable. It causes friction on the writing paper - not smooth like the original..All I really needed was a refill for the original pen but got stuck with having to purchase a replacement pen.
