Clif Organic - Trail Mix Bar - Dark Chocolate Pomegranate Raspberry - (1.4 oz, 12 Count)

These would have gotten a four or five, if I didn't get food poisoning. It says on the box they don't expire till 2017, but as I was on my second bar, I realized the almonds were leaving a rancid bitter and sour taste in my mouth, so bad that I could barely wash the taste out, and my stomach started cramping up and muscles flared with pain. I love cliff bars, they are my go-to snack to fuel me between classes, but I'm seriously disappointed over how rotten the ingredients were. Food poisoning is not worth 18 dollars.

These have a great ingredient list and the flavor is good, but they are just a bit hard to bite into. I don't know if I got an old batch, but these are much harder than Kind Bars. I don't want to break my teeth to have a "healthier" snack.

The almond flavor is great, very chewy, but these are brittle and messy to eat. I tried to eat these in the car for breakfast and they made a mess.

My favorite flavor of all the Clif Organic bars. Bought around Christmas and the expiration date is in April, so plenty fresh!

I bought 5 boxes of these and each box appears to have been stored in extreme heat as they were all melted and the chocolate coating was powdery and tasted bad. The nuts in them were also rancid tasting. Yuck!!!
