Keeping your arms in front of your chest and moving as one is a fundamental of a good golf swing. Also helps keep that trail arm elbow from flying out like a chicken wing. Use it sparingly in increments because it is tight enough that it will irritate you if you swing too much. But other than that, it is a fantastic training aif and I am happy with my purchase.

Surprisingly effective for such a basic strap. It forces you to keep your arms closer together during your swing, which really helps with consistency. It can feel restrictive at first, but that’s kind of the point. Packs easily in a golf bag

a relatively inexpensive product that’s built well and does make a difference on your swing. Great for warming up before a round. It forces you to keep your arms close to your body and help you not come over the top, which is most golfers problem. I’d recommend it to a 10 handicap,, & to new the game golfer. It also helps in rotating your hips & shoulders, & if you keep it close to the body it will train you how to have a better overall swing & square up your club at contact point.

This helped my golf game tremendously. I use it on the range before every round to get the feel of keeping my arm structure stable throughout my swing. I have 2 issues with it and one of them is my fault. After 10 or more swings I start to develop a tenderness in my left elbow (right handed golfer) which is probably because of my mechanics not the product itself. The other issue is that it does squeeze my arms a little too much especially if I went to the gym that day or had to lift a lot at work. I'm not a huge muscle guy by any means but I do have bigger arms.
