The device is built for retro music. music: Lows: decent, but no thump(obviously) Mids: tuned for vocals. U have to listen to believe. Just one kishor kumar song and you will be hooked. High: it's amazing. Sound signature: it's tuned for 'LEGEND'ary music and boy oh boy. If u are into rap and crap of today. This product is not for u. But if u love vocals and guitars . Go for it. Battery life: Full volume: 2hrs Half volume: 4 hrs Charging time: 3-4 hrs You'll have to charge it daily. And is u are avid listener like me. Maybe twice daily. FM Added bonus. The sound is crisp. And it's scanning is good. Catches all channels clearly. Reception is also amazing. No distortions in urban area. Song collection: main highlight /USP : Best of the best. All 350 songs are a gem . And believe me , they are not 'just a few' You won't be able to listen to more than 25-30 in one day. Most of the songs u would want to replay. Collection in no way seems small. If that has been ur concern(full size carevaan has 5000 songs) be relieved that song collection is adequate. Don't buy it as a Bluetooth speaker. But is as a carevaan speaker with FM which supports occasional bluetooth connect. IF CARVAAN were to launch it again with better battery , I will buy it again without thing twice , it's that good.
