Seems to be well built. Does what it says well. No complaints from me and as often as I’ll use it (cutting piping for home brew) I’d expect it to last well.

Cuts 15mm and 22mm PEX pipe like a knife through butter.

When I first used the plastic pipe cutter, it shattered the conduit I was testing on. When I moved onto water pipe, the pipe was distorted befor le cutting through. However, I found that with a slight twist as I cut through the pipes, the cutter left a clean cut without distorting. It is difficult to hold the cutter square to the pipe, so getting a perfect end is probably beyond this, but if you're happy with an angle of a few millimeters across the pipe, this makes cutting far quicker and less messy than a saw would be. The little cutter that comes with it also cuts well, although I haven't tried using it in any awkward spaces in situ.

Couldn't do the job without it

Purchased the product after much research to mainly cut pex plastic heating pipe and the odd 32 mm waste pipe. Unfortunately there is too much tolerance in the blade mechanism resulting in the blade closing a few degrees off centre making it impossible to get a straight cut. Not a big issue for the waste pipe but not willing to take a chance with the heating pipe. I can get a straighter cut using a copper tube cutter! Nice and sharp and cuts well but had to go back.
