The rubber is slick and if not placed correctly on heel it will slip when you walk

I brought this to help my heels out because I stand 9 hours at work and needed something to help with pain relief so I can keep working. But this did not help with pain relief at all. This product was okay quality but it did not fit my heels. I tried to use it but I couldn’t get the two pieces that came in worked together to stay on my foot or even be able to put them in my shoes. Maybe someone can use themBut they don’t work on size 10 shoe

Works good it’s the right hight it just does not stay in place for very long

I got these to ease the pain of planar fasciitis on my heel. These are definitely soft and provide plenty of padding for the heel but the gel isn't stable to walk on an the ankle supports can't hold the gel pads in place when walking. I only wore them laying around my home after work and stopped using them quickly as they just weren't worth it..

Needed this amount of height for a pr of pants & it turned out perfectly.

If I can return I will do that
