Had to return them as I couldn’t upload them from the computer to the. Reader ..but excellent quality

Malfunctioning book received
The book is exactly what was required. However upon installing only the right hand side pages were read correctly while the left side pages were not being read properly.The other books we have all read correctly.I also uninstalled and reset the system to see if it will fix the issue but still the left side pages of the book is not being read correctly. It seems to be skipping pages as in when the pen is pressed in page 8 the content from page 6 is being read out.
