I was loving my barrel during the winter months and used it daily for ice baths. Unfortunately, as the weather warmed up my barrel began to develop cracks and holes (despite being full of water) which means it will no longer hold water - making it not fit for the purpose of ice baths (or even holding whisky!). I raised this issue to the seller and they have refused to refund. Please beware that if you are planning to use this in your garden for an ice bath this is not a good long term option!

I’ve used this ice bath for a couple of months now. I can’t fault it there’s no leaks, it looks great and it’s large enough for any adult. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Great authentic barrel. Even smells of scotch.

Bought this in July to use as an ice bath. After the delivery mess up it finally arrived. Started off well but has slowly developed leaks all over the barrel. The tap is also leaking and fitted very poorly. I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone. Not worth the money and not fit for purpose. Stay well clear.

Lovely looking but full of leaks and splintered wood within the barrel.

Tape not fitted correctly - poor quality - terrible customer service. Will be out of business in a year guarantee!

Great product, this is the real deal.We bought this for cold water submersion and it’s the perfect size. I’m 5’10 and my friend is 6’4 and he fits in it comfortably, kneeling down.There’s a slight drip from the tap hole and bung (see pic) but it’s not a worrying problem. Can easily be sorted with some silicon.If you’re wanting a massive barrel that can hold a LOT of water and smell like Shane MacGowen, look no further.
