Works gradually
As any whitening products don't expect pearly whites the first time using it. It sure does the job though. I'm a big tea drinking, I have about 2 cups a day and we all know how stubborn those stains can be. The first time I initially tried it I didn't notice much of a difference, I also couldn't keep swishing it for more than 10 minutes without drooling so that maybe why. Now, the second time I had done it (few days later) I actually noticed a difference. I learned that leaning forward and not swishing the entire time kept me from gagging, drooling, and allowed me to keep it in for the max amount of time.

It wouldn't be so bad but you have to leave it in your mouth ...
I'm giving this 3 stars simply because it's gross tasting. It wouldn't be so bad but you have to leave it in your mouth for 10-15 and it feels like hours with this stuff in your mouth.

This is easy to use
Need to try more then once. This is easy to use. It's doesn't take a lot of work bit I didn't notice a difference. It doesn't taste bad or anything.

Nice product
Taste was good, not overwhelming. I enjoyed it. Just don't think I saw any whitening. Maybe I need a few more rounds.

Very disappointed in this product
Very disappointed in this product. Box was somewhat damaged with black "stuff" on it, (see pics). The stuff stuck to my hands and kitchen counter. That was unfortunate, however the coconut oil itself was the real letdown. I've use other coconut oils and enjoyed their "pulling use",but this had a very chemical and unnatural taste to it. With coconut oil pulling you should gargle for 10-20 minutes, but the taste was so bad in this, I didn't last past 5 minutes.

I don't need to pay extra for peppermint flavoring and a product that produces more waste (trash) than is necessary
Each packaging is more coconut oil than I need to use at once. I'll stick to using standard coconut oil for oil pulling. I don't need to pay extra for peppermint flavoring and a product that produces more waste (trash) than is necessary.

It does not make your teeth white at all! This is bad advertisement
