Are the dewalt logos just stickers as my tools are not dewalt can they be removed ?

It's a tool box pal just chuck your tools in and love the box Not had any issues with mine and the only dewalt toll I got in mine is a knife

How many litres does this hold

55x40x37 cm gives you 81 litres volume. I do not know if these measurements are internal or external as specification does not state which they are. See my review as the 3 I bought all had deformed lids and did not seal. By Milwaukee instead is what I shall do.

Are these boxes waterproof?

They are IP65 rated, so they will withstand a power hose hitting them etc but search Google for the official definition of IP65 rated classification. You could definitely leave it outside in the rain and the contents would be grand. Use on a boat would also be grand. In terms of submerging the box under water I would say it would withstand it for a bit but eventually the water would get it. Hope that helps.

Does this have a tray in side?

YES - a small one which fits widthways. Size 310mm long x 230mm wide by 65mm deep approx
