Child Hercules Costume

The media could not be loaded. I am very pleased with my purchase.My little man looked super cute in this costume.It's very comfortable and quality is great for the price. Sizing is accurate too. Highly recommend.

The tie in the back made it adjustable to fit just right. Pretty good material for a costume. The shield and helmet pictured were purchased separately. The costume comes with a headband that is actually really cute too (in the first picture) but my son wanted more of a gladiator look than Hercules but that being said, the costume works for both. The "skirt" was a bit wrinkled from shipping and I released the wrinkles with a steamer but it really wasn't that noticable before doing so, you can see them right out of the package in the first photo.

My son needed a costume for school. He was doing a presentation on Alexander the Great and this was the closest costume I could find that wouldn’t require extra work on my part.He wore it with a pair of brown sandals we already owned and it was a good match.He received several compliments on his costume. Good quality of the price.

Very nice costume! Kids got a lot of compliments.However, the quality is not good. Stitches holding the "armor" and cape together came apart when my son was trying to put it on. Velcro on the arm bands and leg guards has the lowest quality you can imagine. It became unusable after using 2-3 times. Leg guards are huge (a large adult can use them too). The look is good. If your kid needs a costume for 1 day, go for it. Otherwise, look for something better.

My son loves this costume. We have been reading the Percy Jackson/ Heroes of Olympus books and this is perfect. The only complaint I have is that the arm and leg bands are way to big! They have velcro, but even when tight they fall off. I will need to do some sewing or pin them to make them stay on. Also, the white under part of the costume is pretty light weight so for Halloween (being outside) he will probably need to wear something underneath.

This costume is much more "sturdy" than I thought it would be. It comes with several "parts". It has velcro leg pieces, arm cuffs for the lower and upper arms, a head band, and the main costume that is all one piece. The velcro hasn't worn out with all the on and off my son does with it. The overall main costume has a nice heavy duty feel to it and has worn well with all the wear and tear it gets from my son and his friends. The main costume has a nice tie that goes around the waist so if you have a smaller child you can still get the costume to fit by tying it tighter around the waist. Overall I am very pleased with the sturdy construction of the costume and I can tell you that it has worn very well for my 5-year old. Worth the money!

This costume is A.W.E.S.O.M.E!!!!!! When ordering costumes online, you never know what you're going to get--We were really impressed with this one!! It comes with all of the bells and whistles (like "sandals"-they were a tad big so we added our own velcro circles to tighten them up) at a great price and looked very authentic! My 5 year old put silver wings on & used it for a St. Michael the Archangel costume for All Saints Day at his school and then changed it up a little and dressed as a gladiator to go trick or treating. He wears it every chance he gets and it is still in great condition (great quality for a Halloween costume). We would definitely buy it again!
