Scratch and Newton Ice Pod

The media could not be loaded.  I first considered buying this only because I would notice my bunny sitting on her plate saucer sometimes and realized she did it because it felt cool to her. But I wasn’t sure whether she would actually use it. For the first couple of minutes, she scratched and tried to chew on it. Realizing that it wasn’t a chew toy and that it was cool to touch, my bunny now seems to love it! She doesn’t put her whole body on top of it, but she tends to put her front body/legs on it when lying down. She also likes to lick the condensation off of it. I am now buying two more to rotate out while one is freezing in the freezer. I really like the dome shape and love the fact it’s chew-resistant (she chews everything)! I have read online to freeze water-filled plastic water bottles as an alternative, but because she chews everything, I’m afraid plastic water bottles would be unsafe for her. This ice pod really makes me feel better knowing it’s keeping her cool during hot days and won’t pose a safety risk. Totally recommend!!!

My bunny LOVES THIS! Keeps him cool and happy during the warmer months. I bought 2 more so I can alternate them throughout the day. The coolness lasts about 5-6 hours inside his cage. Best purchase Ive made for my baby bunny !!! Well worth the money.

My bunnies love this thing so I had to buy a second one. It is the perfect size and shape. It’s also bunny proof! Very thick and durable, my bunnies love to bite, lick and scratch on it and it’s made out of sturdy strong material. Highly recommend.

My bunnies love these things! They can lay on top of them, rather than lay next to them. I have 2, and I'll rotate them out on hot days. Plus any fur that gets left on them washes off easily (frozen bottles would have fur stuck to the residual glue).

My buns love these and they can’t chew on them and destroy them like they have other ones in the past and it keeps them cool all day kinda pricey but worth it. I got two so I can always have one in the freezer ready. Well worth it

This is a really nice ice pack for a bunny. It’s a thick plastic material that isn’t too slippery. My bunny doesn’t want to bite or dig at it which is nice. I’ve only used this once because it hasn’t been hot but my bunny licks it and put her paws on it.The package came 2-3 weeks earlier than the date I was given which was a pleasant surprise!

It took a few days for rabbits to discover this ice pod as a source of relief from the heat but they have now and are using it. Came home yesterday to find one of my buns completely cool on one side of his body b.c he was laying on the pod. If the rabbits don't lay on the ice pod it still emits some cool air in the pen for the buns. Glad I got this product!
