Doesn't work with all operating systems
I bought two of these main boards and used them in 2 pc's. Each pc had the exact same hardware in it. On one PC I loaded Windows 7, 64 bit operating system, and the board worked flawlessly. If this was the only system I loaded, then I would have given it a 5 star rating. The second system I tried to load Windows Home Server (2008) and got the dreaded Blue Screen of Death once the installation program rebooted after loading files onto the pc. I had to return the mobo along with the memory to Amazon. Bear in mind though, that with Windows 7, 64 bit, the board works well. I have been using the board for about a month now and am totally ok with the installation

Decent motherboard with some issues
The board works as advertised. It's got sufficient horsepower to act ad my home theater pc in a small shoebox-sized case. It handles 1080p video without issues and even does OK as a lightweight desktop PC in a pinch. It also appears to use VERY little power. A couple of nits:It has no integrated HDMI out port. My bad for not noticing (which is why I didn't return it), but I had to buy an extra PCIe graphics card. There are other motherboards in this price range with the same cpu that have integrated graphics out. The processor supports it so I'm at a loss to explain why Asus didn't include the output connector. The cpu fan is a bit loud. When I have time, I'm going to replace it with a quieter fan since it's in my HTPC box.

solid low-powered entry level motherboard. (get lots of RAM though)
Repair shop; we order tons of these for our custom builds. Its for the entry-level machine build. Internet, word processing, kiosk, simple computer task.(the average user would Its a dual-core celeron... BUT still a celeron! (inherently slower! Comparable to the AMD E350) ... BUT it does perform well with Windows 7 + 4-6 GB of memory. If you are a light gamer (say minecraft, etc), be sure to add a PCIe video card.

cheap, powerful, small
using this as a carputer system, so far so good! toasted my old motherboard and this turned out to be a good replacement. small bump in specs compared to my last system, but i appreciate the drop in power requirements.

Very nice Board
This is a mini itx board and is very nice piece of equipment for a small compact computer system that you have no intention of expanding very much.

Slow delivery
Delivery slow. Board works but not without a lot of coaxing.
