The product is dishwasher safe. You must care for scratches of the teflon-coated surface.

Q: Can I put meat to defrost on tray and in fridge?

I've only used gotten this and used maybe twice, but both times I left it out on the counter. The first I used it to defrost steak and the second time frozen fish. In both cases the meats went from solidly frozen to completely thawed in about 30-40 minutes. I would assume thaw time might be longer sitting in the fridge than out on a counter, but I've not yet tried that.

Q: I keep losing these rubber corners!!! I wish the stayed on. That’s definitely a design flaw.

I use mine all the time without an issue. I would return it for a replacement. I never put it in the dishwasher. I do it by hand.

Q: Can you use Boiling water in the drip tray to speed up the heating process?

Hi Johnson, Thank you for choosing our product. The defrosting tray conduct heat naturally trying to equalize the temperature of materials which are in contact with it. As a result of this using boiling water definitely will speed up the thawing process.
