Will this boot fit bigger calfs?

If you wanted to put the boots on a baby cow, you definitely could! They fit around my large calves when I’m transforming the calfs into steers.

I wear a size 7.5 or 8 shoe. I also have a larger calf. Should I order a 8?

What kind of material is in the boot and is it cushioned inside

It’s lightly lined with a polyester material but the outside is rubbery (waterproof). It’s cushioned inside like any other boot. If it’s not enough cushion for you, you could always buy the cushion inserts.
