I purchased this to help move my son home from college. It was easy to use, however, the zipper on one side completely came apart sometime during the 7 1/2 hour trip home. I only had one large suitcase in the carrier, so it was not overloaded whatsoever. I was going to use it for the return trip in August, plus use it for a family vacation, but it is now unusable. I submitted the contact form through Amazon regarding replacement, but never received a response.

I'm going to start by saying how much I LOVE this. I have a pretty small vehicle. It does seat 7 but there is no room for anything else. We were going camping and I was stressing on how we would fit everything. I took a chance and bought this. OMG I love it. How have I gone this long without it. Best purchase ever. Very durable. It rained... Nothing got wet. It didn't even budge on our drive. And it fit ssoooo much stuff. Our blankets, camping chairs, Blow up mattresses, gear and ssoooo much more. Everyone who was with us couldn't believe how much it fit. And for a family of 6... It's way worth the money.

I was very excited about this product based on all of the positivereviews. I purchased it towards the end of April and waited to even take it out of the box (last week) until the day before my trip from GA to IL which unfortunately for me, means the return window has closed. When I arrived at my destination I was horrified to see a large hole in it! I am Very thankful that we didn't go through any heavy rain and also that none of my personal belongings were lost. Now I have to figure out how to get back to GA with all of our luggage and a useless luggage carrier with a hole it!! My advice, don't waste your money on this soft carrier and instead, put it towards a hard carrier!!!*Update*I reached out to Amazon customer service and they allowed me to return this and will be issuing me a full refund! Amazon Customer Service is Top Notch!!

My husband I were stationed in Rhode Island and got new orders to Florida. We used this bag for some of the things we had to take with us. It made the trip with no rips or tears in it. It didn’t move the entire trip. The only issue we had was when it rained a little bit of the rain came in through the seals on the windows. The contents inside of the bag didn’t get wet or damaged in any way.

Quality is great! Especially for the price. Drove about 600 miles round trip. No major issues. Only thing that bothered me was since we had to pull the sound proof seals from window, the car ride was pretty loud. But we just turned the music loud. 😝

The straps will not stay connected to the bag. I have to pull the car over on a 8 hour drive to reattach the straps several times.The bag does have a lot of room. 4 people In a Nissan Rogue going to the beach there is not enough trunk space

Just what I needed. When you are travelling with camping equipment and a family of 4 space becomes a pretty hot commodity in a car. So I had two options. Either install a hitch and tow our extra gear of install and roof rack and some sort of carrier.The hitch would have been a costly option and I was concerned about how well my car would take to towing something. This roof carrier was a much better choice for us.Much cheaper too. The quality of the carrier is very good as well and can hold a load of stuff. Overall I am happy with the purchase and looking forward to lots of local travel this summer, especially since air travel is not an option for a pleasure trip at the moment

This is great for Canadian weather. Water didn’t get into it and hail didn’t rip it off my car on the highway. I’m also super impressed how small it folds up to. Perfect to use when we are looking for space.

It’s a fantastic size for the price although the pic makes it look like it was blown up lol definitely not what it looks like once it’s full. The zipper is also a bit hard to get around the corners. Buuuut all together it is perfect for extra storage.

Fit on our 2008 enclave full with 2x 100w solar panels and camping equipment for our trailer. Easy to set up. Just make sure to load it once placed as it can be very heavy and extremely awkward to lift on once full. Feels quality built as specified in ad. Zippers feel heavy duty and has rubber coated seal layer for weather protection. I would purchase again.

I bought this products and the zipper wasn't aligned on when I tried to use. I messaged the seller and they had no problem replacing it with a new one. Great customer service and they stand behind their product
