Decent.
Works great. The wire from the mic to the ear piece is maybe too long I had to alter that a bit. And it bothers my ear a little bit. But works great sounds great. Be careful with the volume or it'll hurt you.

works great the quality is good. It’s not 5 stars just due to the fact that after 2 months of regular use the plug into the radio is acting up when you move the cable around while walking. It will act as if you are pressing the button to talk. Overall though well worth the money. These can be very loud so start at a low volume and adjust up to a comfortable hearing level.

Amazing
I am very particular with sound quality and this blew it out of the park. I can hear the words clearly even on the lowest volume setting. It does not pinch my ear nor does it make the inner part sore because it just sits against my ear (see photo attached). It has enough cord length so I can pit my radio behind my belt yet long enough that it does not allow for tugging the earpiece off. The voice output is also clear on the receiving end. All in all a great earpiece. Btw I am currently using this on my Kenwood TK 3170-K4.
