prints good ink + good customer service!
the ink works great! giving 5 stars because customer service was great! my first order of ink cartridges weren't working and they tried helping me, but it was still not fixable. ended up giving me a free replacement and it works fine! customer service was very nice and did not hassle over anything!

Works most of the time and when it doesn't customer service has your back
I've bought this brand of ink 5 times. 4/5 times they worked out of the box and I had no issues, making it a great value. One set I bought I had sitting in a drawer for nearly 5 months without trying them. I needed with a deadline and they did not function. Possible an HP update or program glitch made them malfunction. They were long past the amazon return date so I couldn't do anything about it on Amazon, but I contacted their customer service. I needed the ink in a hurry and since I'd bought from them before and they were fine I risked it and bought replacements. Replacements came next day and worked great! Meanwhile Customer service got back to me within a few days and provided me with troubleshooting options and when that also didn't work they provided me with several options to make it right. Getting it 100% right all the time isn't necessary if the company is going to fix the few times when it isn't. After dealing with their customer service I highly recommend.

Perfect! Worked without any issue!,
Before I purchased this I was getting the alert of Low Ink. So I started looking for ink. HP ink is so pricey I wanted to try, again, to find a substitute. As I was looking I started seeing warnings to not update the printer as there were ink updates, which would cause issues in different ink brands. So I ignored and just dismissed the alerts. I Found this ink and decided to try it. Price is AMAZING compared to others. Things I really like about this ink brand. #1 It works on my HP, #2 the cartridges are clear so you can actually see if your ink is truly low-Huge Bonus compared to black out cartridges #3 a price that can’t be beat. #4 the colors come through nicely. I don’t use my copier for pictures but when printing an email the colors are just fine. I highly recommend trying this. Not sure if my catching the cautions on line about ignoring updates helped but I’m so glad I did. This will be my new GO Ink. Additions to review- still using the original purchased ink from Oct 2023. Still works great but HP continues to alert me for updated software. I continue to ignore and ink continues to work amazing. .its beginning to run low but I have my replacement ready. It’s a great ink supply and well worth the annoying printer updates that I ignore

Be sure to read the instructions first!
Replacing ink should be straight forward, right? Pull your old one out and pop in the new one. Let the printer recognize it and run through its maintenance cycle. No need to read the instructions! Wrong!? First, I made the mistake having the cartridge upright while removing the orange plastic sleeve that keeps the ink from leaking out so some magenta ink leaked onto my finger staining it for a few days. Second I only ran the printer head cleaning cycle once and I couldn't get the printer to print anything on paper. That made me briefly believe I had faulty cartridges though my printer recognized that the cartridges were installed properly.Once I read the instructions, which said to run two printer head cleaning cycles consecutively, did I finally get my printer to print on paper. My take away is to have some paper towel handy when removing the protective plastic sleeve from cartridge. Make sure when you remove the plastic sleeve that it is facing up to prevent ink from spilling out. When turning cartridge upright, place a paper towel to catch ink that leaks out. Some ink will definitely leak out.Once all replacement cartridges are installed, your printer will say that it is not a genuine product but will ask if you want to continue. Of course you will push "yes". If you don't get anything to print after your first cleaning cylce push "yes" to run to run the second print head cleaning cycle. The second cycle is where I got my printer to print on paper but the printer does ask if you want to run a third cycle. Continue to run the print head cleaning if you still are not getting any print.HP Officejet 6958Note* I can not comment on its longevity as I have for a day.

Beautiful print copies at an affordable price.
Set of printer cartridges for my HP OfficeJet printer installed just fine. Had to remove and re-insert yellow cartridge to get printer to recognize, but otherwise installation was quick and easy. Thanks LxTek for providing sharp and economical printer inks.

Good quality ink that has not clogged cartridge's jetting orifices
I purchased this product about 30 months ago and am still using the first cartridge. As I rarely use my printer, I am not surprised by the cartridge's ink capacity, but that the ink has not clogged the holes through which the ink is jetted out of the cartridge. This has invariably occurred with all other 61-type ink cartridges I have used (included OEM). The printer and cartridge has gone through cycles of hot and cold temperatures as it has been occasionally stored in a room with no temperature or humidity controls. I may have had one poorly printed page from this cartridge recently, but it was only one page and it cleared itself up by the next page, without me having to clean the cartridge's orifices. I fully expect to be still using the ink from this purchase 30 months from now as I have a second unused cartridge.
