We like this supplement. Recently found out the form of B12 Cyannocobalmin contains excessive Cyanide! So threw out the old Ester -C one and ordered this with the Methylcobalmin form. Not all the trace flavors are the correct Methylcobalmin form but this flavor is the correct form. Watermelon, one of the lemonade ones lemon lime are good. Look at the picture of ingredients before ordering. Unfortunately the grapefruit flavor has the cyanide B12…Not sure why this is allowed to be sold at all to anyone and why the FDA isn’t testing them all for cyanide content..

This has been a game changer for me. It is really effective as an additive in giving me energy and general "feel good" health nearly instantly. I do take other vitamins regularly but obviously they needed a boost which this product has provided for me.

Great product, very tasty but does not dissolve all the way. There are always granules at the bottom of the glass no matter how much I stir. I wind up swallowing those whole or chewing them, not ideal I know I'm waiting for the makers of this product to fix this issue but it's been like this for a year now.

These little vitamin mix packets pack a punch! I have an awful immune system, used to get sick if someone two doors down sneezed; I’ve been using these daily since Jan 2024, and have only gotten slightly sick once! The same sickness took my family out for a few days, but I was feeling better after only 24 hours. (I’ve tried to get them to take it but🤷‍♀️). Even with the back-to-school germ fest I would swear by this drink mix! These are definitely worth their weight in gold, even more so at this price point!

My only complaint is that it has Vitamin B6 in the form of Pyridoxine HCL, instead of pyridoxal 5-phosphate(P5P). This form must be converted by the liver to the P5P form. Where P5P is already the biologically active form, and the body can use it immediately. Some with certain common genetic conditions can't convert the HCL form to P5P as easy. Also, Pyridoxine HCL has a half-life of up to 30 days, and blocks P2 receptors in the sympathetic nervous system and serotonin type 2 (5-HT2) receptors in the hypothalamus during this time.
