Standard Chrome Winch Bar

It arrived slightly out of true. About 1/4" bent along the shaft. This is NOT a big deal for normal use, but I was going to turn a nice handle out of lignum vitae and give it as a gift. With the shaft out of true that wouldn't work.I contacted the seller and they were very, very good about it. They immediately credited me the purchase price and told me returning it wasn't necessary. I donated it to the salvation army and will buy another one from these same people. I appreciated their quick response and their commitment to taking care of their customers - even a first-time one.

the sterling silver chrome bar is very helpful in my truck driving job and it has great value to it I can ratchet my cargo straps faster and better and it's not heavy at all, good item for me thanks Amazon for delivering it and US Cargo Control good deal.. note: I just received another chrome winch and this tool is sufficient and durable for my job and it doesn't break and will not rust throughout the four seasons a great piece of equipment for me. keep making them U.S. Cargo Control and I might need another one in the future.Thank you, Alpheus Joseph
