Affidabile, semplice, il vecchio caro acciaino. Mo ceramica, no polvere di diamanti, solo il classico acciaino per il filo dei miei coltelli. E poi l’azienda è una garanzia!

Was soll man sagen, ist halt ein Wetzstahl. Funktioniert, sauber verarbeitet, was will man mehr. Je nach Platzangebot könnte er nur etwas lang sein, aber dafür bietet Wüsthof ja auch kürzere.
