Save all your money long term!!!
I saw the Briza at the OC Fair, I heard the price and I tried to fight it yet it felt SO COOL, strong and amazing… felt like an A/C even without the “COOL” on. I went a couple days without it and it was so HOT in my area. I used a regular fan and would sit in it and would take my pants off, it was sooo hot. I thought about it and googled Briza and looked around… I was dying of heat exhaustion, so I bought it… one time payment without paying monthly for A/C?! You just put water in it! ♥️ That’s it!!! I thought and went for it… IT IS THE BEST PRODUCT!!! Cools off with and without the “cool” on. It saved my life to not overtoast! I say get it honestly you won’t regret it.

Happy with product
Product arrived with the side panels not secure in place. The only thing holding them in place was the tape put on by the manufacturer. Once I was able to get the side panel back on (instructions on how they attach would have been helpful), the unit was ready to go.A couple "issues":1. Battery in remote was loose and had to be re-seated to get remote to work.2. Fill level window is almost impossible to see. Even with a flashlight I cannot see fill level.Pros:1. Basically pull out of the box, fill and your ready to go.2. Fan blower speeds are nice, but the higher the fan speed the louder the unit.3. Air is nice and cool...has helped out in a room that is always warm. I've had to turn it off several times because I got cold.4. I like the compact size. Fits under a desk when not in use. Lightweight, vwhen not filled with water.Overall, I'm happy with the product, with some room for improvement.

DISAPPOINTED
I used to have one of these that worked wonderfully. Same brand and everything which is why I got it. This one does NOT cool at all and if anything just makes the room more humid. Im going to try to get a dehumidifier (though I’m in SoCal so it’s not very wet to begin with) to see if that works along side with this, and if it doesn’t, I’ll have to consider jumping in front of a train because I CANNOT with this heat. By the time that arrives, it’ll probably be too late to send this over priced piece of junk back, if that was ever even an option anyway.

Happy with purchase
This won't cool the temperature of a room. However, if you don't have AC and are working remotely it's a game changer. I have it a few feet from my desk, and I have it blowing on me. It's made a huge difference and I'm actually able to get more work done because I'm not sweating while I work. I find it very effective if it's blowing on you. If you're sitting still, working or watching TV, I definitely recommend. I just wish it had a warning light when the water is getting low. The little window that shows you the water level is useless because you can't see into it. But you can easily see the level in the reservoir at the bottom of the unit.

Good until it wasn’t
I usually don’t write reviews, especially negative ones. I liked this product when I initially got it. But after using it for only two summers the pump stopped working even with regular cleaning and maintenance. Because the water is no longer pumped into the filter, it does not actually cool anything. It looks like the pump can’t be easily replaced. So I liked it in the beginning but it didn’t last. Now I just use it as a bulky floor fan.

If it's really hot, this makes it quite muggy inside, but doesn't really cool it off.
This works well as a fan, but is actually quite loud even on the lowest setting. The cool setting uses the water in the basin, which is terribly difficult to fill, since no funnel is offered and the fill spot is way at the bottom, inside a panel, which is also a bit tough to remove. Try that with a gallon jug.It got so thick in the air, with moisture, but didn't especially cool the place off. The only saving grace was the direct fan. Honestly.

Great Air Cooler
My fiance and I moved from a city that has central AC everywhere to a city where AC apparently only exists in buildings built within the last decade and we have a hard time handling their summers (even though its actually cooler here). Maybe it's because we've only tried cheaper ($20-40) fans in the past but this has been a god send. It's really easy to use and it really seems to cool down an entire room whether or not we put water in the container but the water definitely cools it down even more. The only reason they lose a star is because it's such a hassle to put water in it. Instead we've decided to just remove all the screws on the bottom and we just remove the top part completely to fill the tank.

Great for small spaces
I live in a fairly small space and this works great for me. It's almost like having an air conditioner on low, but without the high power usage. It guzzles water, but that isn't really a problem. The important thing I have learned though is that you need good ventilation to take the humid air out, or it will make the heat worse after a certain point. Still, for a single room, I find that a small fan at the window will do the job. It's a great product though and in addition to getting one for myself, I got one for my grandmother. The only negative I will say for it is that it is a pain to take apart to clean and I think the design could be improved to make the basin a little more accessible to remove etc. Still a great product though.
