would this fit my brother SE425 sewing machine?

The bag is 13 inches high.. 16 inched wide.. The sides are 7 inches....when expanded to place machine the opening is over 19 inches ... It has a large pocket on the side of the bag... 1 1/2 inches on sides....14inches wide.... Beautifully made....will last your life time ....really big inside....I have a janome and it is not a tight fit.... You will have a lot of extra storage inside the bag to store other seeing supplies.....you will love it!"

Would this fit a compact sewing machine?

Yes, I think so. I bought it for my Jenome compact machine, which I love. It's considered to be a compact machine. It's a very roomy, well made bag- actually big enough to be an overnight bag. The print is so fresh and bright. I love this bag!

Will a singer 7258 fit in it?

It depends on the size of the machine. We fit a regulation size singer talent in ours. There isn't much extra space but it does fit.

Will this fit the Janome 6500P?

This came to my email automatically, so I presume its the same size I bought in green for my 3/4 size Janome Jem Platinum. I have the Janome 6600P also and I believe this bag may be too small for it, its the same size as yours. Im away from home to double check, however.
