Due to instructions written for multiple languages, it's all very tiny print hard to read, making instructions dofficult to find. Once you find them, not down on a note pad and store it in the box with the remaining 2nd dose. Half bottle to 4 cups water goes into the tank. Press lighted Clean button so that it flashes. Press brew button. Once finished, Clean light goes out. Rinse tank with full pot of water 4 times to brew out. Put in a new Braun filter

I have ordered and used this same product before and it works well. Unfortunately, this time I was shipped two boxes of the product that had already been ripped open from the bottom, and the safety seal on both bottles was broken. They had clearly been opened already. Retuning these and hoping to receive sealed products as a replacement.

Using formula from Braun feels like we are in maintaining machine properly. Had some trouble nailing down exact proportions for the multi serve, but somewhere it said one dose with 100 ml water. You get two treatments with this sized bottle. This seems to match the type I use for Nespresso descaling. (Nespresso is lactic-acid based, I think. This smells similar.) It is pricey, and you could probably find an acceptable alternative for less. But we are happy with it.

The Braun cleaner did a phenomenal job. We had been using a cleaner for all makes before and a few cleanings before, the clean button didn't stop flashing. We thought it was a malfunction. I was ordering the cleaner again and thought to look at other ones on Amazon. I came across the Braun cleaner. I read some reviews and came across 1 that had the same problem as ours, the clean button kept on flashing. So the man used the Braun cleaner and along with cleaning his machine, the clean button stopped flashing. There was another review with the same outcome. Well I ordered it thinking I hope this works. Let's say that the water was cloudy and the Clean button STOPPED flashing. We were like WOW, it actually worked and it cleaned our machine better than the one we use to order. Thank you Braun cleaner. Plus the little bottle is good for 2 cleanings.

The "clean" light on my Braun machine came on after a few months due to hard water. I let it go for several weeks then the system started coughing and spitting. I followed a YouTube video and used this fluid that worked first time. I am paranoid about using a chemical so after treating I ran 4 clean -water-only cycles through the machine, washing the carafe really well each time. No smells or tastes. Yes, I will buy again.
