Customer service
The unit fit in place however sits a little loose and shakes on hey. It also didn't have all connections. No possible contact for supplier amd only option was to return. I would now be without a mirror as the other mirror was cracked and now completely broken as I removed.

Wrong product twice
First time they sent the wrong vehicle mirror and it was broken. Second time, they sent the same wrong product in good condition. Third time, they sent the correct product and it was a great fit. Not OEM quality but its only a mirror and looks great. Would give the actual mirror a 3 1/2 stars but the overall experience of getting the correct product brought the rating down.
