A trustworthy product
I have never cooked with Monk Fruit sweetener, but use it in hot and cold drinks. It is light and dissolved quickly with no odd aftertaste at all. I have used this particular brand for many years and have never had any problem with the quality. Shipping was fast and it came well packaged. A+++

Best sugar substitute out there!
Of all the sugar-substitutes out there, monk fruit has the least-objectionable aftertaste that I have found.

Gave it away, not for me.
First I did not expect it to contain maltodextrin. Second, I could not tolerate the taste and aftertaste. I gave the bags away.

Good stuff
I Got this for my daughter and she loves it I am not a sugar lover and I find this to be good. Just a note there is monkfruit in the raw with stevia in it I noticed that when I was ordering.
