I'm a big fan of these sardines! I've tried a lot of brands, plain and fancy. Beachcliff holds its own. Beachcliff brand is a great old standby, and I was so happy to find a no-added-salt version. The claim about being "no salt added" is not a marketing gimmick; they literally have 70 mg of sodium per can. I thought they might taste "less than" salted sardines, but that is not the case. They are equally tasty, especially with a squirt of fresh lemon and a few dashes of hot sauce. Size-wise, these are somewhere between the tiny King Oscar sardines and the three-per-can Wild Planet sardines. These do have a bit of a textural difference than other sardines I've tried. They are a bit softer and break up easier. However, that does not affect the taste. I'll be purchasing these on the regular, especially at this terrific price.

Nutrition-wise, these are a win. With 12g of protein per serving, they’re a great way to fuel up, especially since I’ve been trying to stick to a keto-friendly diet. They’re also gluten-free, which is a bonus for anyone with dietary restrictions. I feel good knowing they’re wild-caught too—quality matters, and these deliver. The packaging is super convenient. The 3.75 oz cans are just the right size for a single serving, and the pack of 12 means I’m stocked up for weeks. Has a different, less of a flavor to a few decades ago. People are so sensitive to oils so your mind has to adjust a little to sardines as they taste now. I still enjoyed the can of it almost as much as before and am happy I made the purchase. So cost effective for a very good protein designed for emergencies. Even the salt content has been lowered. This is a bonus since salt can always be added by the user. I personally prefer the skins on. For my heart, that's the best part of the fish. Skins also add flavor. These are not very flavorful. Sprinkling a little seasoning on them would be pretty much essential for most of us.

Great nutrition for the price but they are quite mushy. I can't eat them on their own like other more expensive sardines but for cooking or being mashed up they're fine. They also make a great cheap dog treat.

I researched how I could relieve my cats dry itchy skin and they recommended sardines packed in water with no added salt. My cat starting in the autumn time begins to lick herself bald In spots,also she demands that I scratch her spots with my nails. I found this brand on Amazon and it came the same day that I ordered it which was cool because I wanted to help our itchy little cat as soon as possible. I am happy to report that our cat Bree already seems to be more comfortable in her skin, she is asking to be scratched way less and her overgrooming is calming down. I whish that I had researched this last year, it's only been a couple of days and I already see improvement in our cat Brees behavior. If your cat has these issues I recommend that you do some research about your cats health. This brand is human grade and a nice quality, I keep it in a container in the refrigerator and I mix it in with wet food and a little water added, my cat loves it. Beach Cliff sardines is a nice quality good for you and your cat, just look up the health benefits for your cat and you will want to get it for them as well as yourself. This packed in water, no added salt is good for you and your cat too. It's been two weeks of feeding these sardines to our cat and my husband and the improvements are huge. Numbers one my husband likes a bite on a cracker, but the cat is vastly improved. She is now good in her skin ,her demeanor is calm she is not licking bald spots in her fur and in fact her bald spots are growing the fur back. Her attitude is becoming more loving and affectionate with us. I whish that I had found out about this treatment for her years ago.

So I ordered you startings for the viral TikTok challenge and I’m not a big fan of sardines never have been. Maybe we’ll try it again with some hot saucers. Try to dress it up differently. The sardines are just extra fishy and I’m sure that’s normal. Not really too salty and it was actually decent quality for the price and the oil was also decent not too bad great in omega-3

I didn't buy these for myself I do not like fish. I did however but them fory two cats. They on the other hand love them. Whenever I open a can I can't get either one to stop meowing to put them down lol. This is the ultimate treat for my boys. And with the value for my buck I can't beat it.
