There was no screws for fixing of horizontal supporting bar & rubber gripping pads with the package during its delivery. I contacted the customer care for the missing spares. They had also sent the spares through courier. Found this ladder good & heavy to my entire satisfaction as per my specific requirement. Basically I am a civil engineer by profession with 36 years of experience. I strongly recommend this product for it's quality & safety. Thanks for fulfilling my requirement to use this telescopic ladder by shifting to the required places very easily. Regular conventional ladders has became very difficult & costly to shift it from one place to another place. Hence I have decided to buy this telescopic ladder having very good reviews with Amazon. The ladder is not safe and wobbles can’t use more that 5 ft. Very good unstable and unsafe . Product should be recalled and returned . For only 50 person weight the ladder also bends . Poor strength quality . Please accept the return . We don’t wan the replace .
