Each kit seasons up to 15 lbs. of whole muscle meat or 10 lbs. of ground meat. Kits each include one package of cure, one package of seasoning, and a shaker bottle for easy mixing with detailed instructions. Original Blend Ingredients: Salt, spice, garlic powder and spice extractives, soy sauce powder [(wheat, soybeans, salt), maltodextrin, salt] and less than 2% soybean oil (refined to be allergen free) and silicon dioxide to prevent caking. Cure: Salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel color. Cracked Pepper 'n Garlic Jerky Blend Ingredients: Black Pepper, salt, dehydrated garlic, extractives of turmeric. Cure: Salt, sugar, sodium nitrite (.85%), caramel color. Sweet & Spicy Blend Ingredients: Sugar, soy sauce powder [soy sauce (wheat, soybean, salt), maltodextrin, salt], spices and chili peppers, salt, onion powder, modified corn starch, garlic powder, hydrolyzed soy protein, sesame oil, caramel color, natural flavors, pineapple juice powder (corn syrup solids and pineapple juice solids), natural smoke flavor, with not more than 2% silicon dioxide added as a processing aid.
