Been using this a while. With plain water, 10-12 oz, as directed, it’s super sour. To reduce the sour, I add 1-2 whole bananas and some ice in a magic bullet/ninja mixer type thing. Pulse 5-10 seconds. Goes down like a nice smoothie. And it tastes great. Works well enough. Tingles/itches take getting use to. I do have more energy during workouts and finish with stronger pumps than before. I feel like the harder I work, the faster the itches wear off. Normally gone within 2 hours. No jitters or crash. 1/2 scoop for cardio days. I recommend the product but I’ll try other flavors.

market is littered with companies selling products of every sort. If you're attempting to live clean, there aren't many options for you. It was always too much coffee.. switched to give a try and really loving this. To the co, pls never stray from your ethos of clean and transparent

Like the stim free pre workout but this one seems to really not give me the pump as others.

I've tried many non stim pre-workouts with no noticeable change in my routine, after a long 10hr day of hard work I can only go to the gym at night and this non stim is the only one I've felt make a difference in my workouts I will continue buying this product HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

My favorite pre-workout of all time, after trying dozens! This gives you that MILD tingly feeling and an incredible energy/pump without the racing feeling of being really caffenaited. You can add any stim to it and it mixes/tastes great. That way you can control the level of caffeine versus pre-workout. Highly recommend. Definitely worth the price!

First i drink non stim pre workouts got to be worst tasting does not work wouldnt stimulate a nats ass now im out 60$. xtend at walmart for 19.99 gets the job done shoulda just stuck with that but i wanted somthing with a lil more punch

Almost all the benifits of traditional preworkout but no caffeine jitters and issues. Taste is not amazing but that’s the only issue I’ve had.

Bad side effects. Bad taste. And then they don’t offer a refund.
