Q: Are all parts lead free? Where was it made?

It is lead free. Made of zamak and made n Turkey

Q: How much ground coffee does the bottom reservoir hold?

I would not recommend this for coffee. The top reservoir (the area where you start with your herb/seed/bean) probably only holds about 1/2 teaspoon. The bottom reservoir maybe holds about 1 tablespoon. I purchased these to use as salt and pepper grinders and they really aren't even big enough for that.

Q: Is there a way to adjust the pepper mill for fine or coarse grind?

Yes actually. There are two nuts on top. Unscrew the top one and then unscrew slightly the bottom one the reattach the top and it makes the grind more coarse.
