Q: I purchased this last year but base that holds on to the stand cracked so its not stable and the plastic knob also cracked. Can i get replacementparts

I hope you've found a solution by now, but yes they do sell the collars/clamps separately, usually for just a few dollars. The only thing is, only the bigger manufacturers of music supplies sell parts so I'm not sure if you will find one that fits the specific clamp on the bottom of the "desk" piece, but most music stands use the same size tube steel for the feet and body so a generic collar should be good enough if the problem is in the stand itself, not the point where it attaches the body to the back of the desk. If you need that desk/body clamp replaced, it might be a bit harder to find the right size/shape for this model, do your best to compare pics of the new parts to the old one before you buy.

Q: We cannot get the light to work. The cord plugs in to the base, but does not seem to be flush to the base. It sticks out. Is that normal?

mine does the same. Make sure you are pressing the buttons on top of each light to activate them. You don't need to keep the USB plugged in, only to charge the light base.

Q: Has the screw issue been corrected (screws preventing music from sitting flat on the tray)?

Yes, it’s been changed. I noticed in the pictures that the screw looked to be attached beneath the tray and took a chance. While most of the screw support is now below the tray, there is a very small bump on the top of the tray as well, but it’s less that 1/32” (0.5 mm).

We cannot get the light to work. The cord plugs in to the base, but does not seem to be flush to the base. It sticks out. Is that normal?

Has the screw issue been corrected (screws preventing music from sitting flat on the tray)?

What is the bolt size for the tightening knobs? I need to order replacement knob/bolts because the threads have given way after about a year of use.
