Item damaged
Item came damaged, plugged it in anyway and it was not working correctly, wire exposed.

I really love this but it just won’t stay lit. I’ve ordered two and they both have a shortage in them so they didn’t last very long. It was great while it lasted.

I’ve had this thing between 2-3 weeks As of yet I haven’t been able to get it working in it’s supposed 3 stages Also it now randomly shuts off and stops working It’s like a cheaply made toy I get lots of compliments when it works right but I’m about ready to return this
