We make our own bread and needed a mixer that can handle the kneading better than our KA mixer. This mixer has lots of attachments, is very easy to use and is easy to clean. This type of dough hook is really efficient and the mixer never gets hot or sounds like it is being overworked. The dough that was kneaded came out light and soft..very well kneaded and the bread came out so much lighter and less crumbly than when we used ou KA mixer. A great price for a good value.

good quality product, easy to use, great price, light to carry and size of the bowl is good. I would be more happy if this machine was quiet.

The mixer runs well. The plastic lid on the blender has a chemical on it that won't come off by soaking. Its in the material. My tongue feels burnt from the chemical. What is it? It has to be poisonous. What a scary realization of what we are putting in our bodies. In the poor innocent bodies of our children. I'm afraid the bowl and blender is made of the same chemical. Be careful please.

I purchased this as an alternative to the Bosch universal mixes which I heard good reviews about. Overall it's a good strong product. However, it is extremely loud which is a problem if you make your dough at night.....when the rest of the family is sleeping. I also found it hard and uncomfortable to pour the batter out of the bowel as the center makes it hard to give it a good scrap. The dough hook got ruined in the dishwasher, but they offered a replacement. The bowel is plastic which also shifts its shape in the dishwasher just a little bit. the company sent a replacement dough part fairly quickly and on the next usage this replacement broke in the dough, the broken piece scarred the plastic bowl and left it with pieces of plastic, it was no longer safe to use it as I was afraid that this tiny plastic will get into future batters. I did not receive a replacement bowl yet. Overall it has been a hassle to own this mixer it was used 4 timed our of which 2 times something happened to it. The motor is extremely loud, especially when the blender attachment motor keeps moving when the mixer is ON for no reason.

I've been looking for an inexpensive way to mix larger batches of bread dough. Bread doughs that are in the 40-50% hydration range. I have a top name brand home/commercial semi-professional mixer with dough hook that I paid around $800 for, but was having an issue mixing even a single batch without feeling like it was over-working the gears/motor. Enter the Wondermix! After a ton of research online, and learning about this particular machine, I pulled the trigger and boy - am I impressed. I needed to make 30 larger hamburger rolls, that weigh about 137g per roll. All ingredients in, that's like 15 cups of flour in a yeasted dough. My Wondermix mixer didn't even flinch. It just did its thing, and mixed all of that up in about 5-6 minutes. No whining, no moving around, no bouncing - just steady and stable. There are some long-term concerns with plastic parts, but the main gear transfer rod is the biggest concern, and they gave me an extra. I assume there is a reason, but the fact that they included it is impressive. As far as any reviews and documents I've come across, It looks like this is a pretty serious kitchen tool with solid company support, and a pretty economical price tag in comparison to my KitchenAid Professional (oops). Granted, its not nearly as sexy as my KitchenAid, but I'm super excited. It's pretty light, lots included, small counter-space footprint, and not too heavy to move on and off the counter when you aren't using it. Plus, everything washed up so easily. Initial testing was OFF THE CHARTS...time only tells, but I'm feeling very good about this purchase.
