Perfect dishwasher
Compact size..good for a family of 2..Efficient cleaning.. Very impressed with the results and ease of operation... installation was quick and service person came promptly the next day of delivery

Worst service provided by Lloyds
Within a year started to face so much issues including water leakage, the service is very pathetic from VG home care Guduvanchery as they send people who doesn't know what a diahwasher is. Same happened for installation as they send people who haven't seen a diahwasher. Lloyds has to chuck out these kind of service provider or else it's brand name will be damaged a lot. It has been more than a month now ans still the issue in my diahwasher is not resolved.

Dishwasher for only a family of 2-3
There are no foldable baskets as described on the front door of the machine and also as described in Amazon website while purchasing. No one contacted either amazon or brand for installation, either paid of free. It looks like a good product, I installed my self by looking at YouTube videos etc., but need to learn how to use this machine better.

Good but not the best.
1.THERE ARE NO FOLDABLE BASKETS.2.LLOYDS AFTER SALE SERVICE IS GOOD BUT THE PEOPLE WHO COME ARE NOT EXPERIENCED.3.NOISE LEVEL IS VERY LOW AS WRITTEN IN DESCRIPTION,Machine is good looking .4.ALL MY ALLUMINIUM COOKERS GOT BALCK PATCHES AFTER FIRST WASH ,I DID NOT KNEW THE REASON AND EVEN CALLED TECHNICIAN FOR THIS(Even technician dint know the reason).After Searching on google i got to know that cookers must be ionised.

It's been already registered on someone's mobile.
Got delivered a day before, but when tried to register on Lloyd, prompt says 'already registered'. Still not got installed.

Machine is good but service centre is waste.
Service center response is very bad. And parts are not available.

Inconsistent results
1.Inaccurate description of the product. The racks are NOT foldable. Foldable racks was the only reason I chose Lloyd over Voltas Beko.2. Received the product on time but installation guy has not yet turned up. Had to install it myself.3. Results are not consistent. Some dishes come out sqeuaky clean and others don't... Especially tea, milk pots and greasy ones. Some of them come out with a whitish film which is difficult to rinse off and sometimes all the dishes come out with a whitish grainy film which cannot be just rinsed off... Perhaps hard water is the problem.Update- this issue was sorted after I increased the salt outflow. It works better with 3-1 tablets.5. Not enough for a family of 4 but ok for a family of 2-3 people.6. Looks sleek, works silently as promised.
