My wife uses them in bed to keep her warm on cold nights when my bod just isn't enough.

I bought this body warmer product a long time ago during an in-store presentation. My husband and I like it. There are assorted sizes in the box that accommodate a variety of aches and pains. You must activate the one you want by slightly bending this little metal disc. It creates a chemical reaction and makes them solid and hot quickly. The bigger the size, the longer it lasts. The smallest lasts about 20 minutes, but the larger ones stay hot for a good half hour to 45 minutes or more. The only downside is that you do have to boil them for about 15 minutes to have them return to the liquid state. However, I don't think it's much of an ask for the price and when there are several in the box, and we always have a few handy ready to go.

Nice selection of sizes, (1) large, (1) medium and (4) small heat packs. Reusable feature makes them economical. Unfortunately, one of the (4) small heat packs I received failed (activation disk broke).

Quality of the plastic used has declined. They have all broken and leaked. Wouldn’t buy again.

My mom was always cold. So I bought these and she loved them. She used them sitting in her chair or warning up her bed. Plus so many more ways.
